Her work traverses chronic, infectious, maternal, child, and mental health in marginalized communities, making a tangible difference in the lives of those most in need.

Her diverse professional journey, straddling non-profit organizations, government agencies, coalitions, and community-based organizations (CBOs), is a testament to her dynamic and adaptable approach to public health. Backed by a Doctorate in Public Health and a specialized research focus on Chronic Kidney Disease and Depressive Disorders, Dr. Gordon-Rose is equipped with the academic rigor and practical expertise necessary to tackle the most complex health challenges.

Yet, her role extends far beyond the remit of a CEO. As an organizational consultant, she employs her formidable skills in strategic planning, policy-making, grant writing, and business management to equip organizations with the tools they need to secure funding and deliver high-impact initiatives.   • Led the planning, development and execution of more than 20 public health programs to address policies, systems, and environmental challenges
  • Gained success in acquiring funding of $300,000 to implement the 1st Hypertension Control Program targeting men to increase health outcomes
  • Gained success in securing funding to implement the 1st Free Men’s Health and Wellness Clinic to increase access to care and address chronic disease in men
